Member pays for the first e-blast, CVB pays for the second

We’ve partnered up with Shaw Media to offer dedicated e-blasts to specific email lists.  You will be able to choose one list to send a dedicated email to.  The CVB will pay for a second email (either the same email to a new list, or a new email to the same list – list must be of equal or lesser value).

The message is up to you, whether it is pure branding, special offers, bounce-back coupons, or whatever you can think of.  We can help design the e-blast if needed (free of charge).

WHEN WILL THE E-BLASTS BE SENT?

We will ask for three dates for your first e-blast, and three days for your second e-blast.  If we are unable to send on those days, we will contact you.  Note, that dates are subject to availability and are offered to our members first-come, first-serve.  

Please note that if you are sending both the member-paid and the CVB-paid emails to the same list (with different content), Shaw Media may delay sending the second email.  This is to not oversaturate their readers.  The CVB will work with you to help schedule these emails.
